ONLINE STORE RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: March 30, 2026
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the 3PB Solutions online store. This policy is subject to and governed by our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Standard Terms and Conditions, the Standard Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
1. GENERAL POLICY:
All online sales through the 3PB Solutions webstore are considered final. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or change of mind. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy as part of our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
If you receive a product that is defective in material or workmanship, you must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of the shipment date. Upon verification of the defect, 3PB Solutions will, at its sole discretion, either:
- Repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost; or
- Issue a refund of the purchase price, less a reasonable allowance for any use or service rendered by the product prior to the claim.
Defective product claims must include the original order number, a description of the defect, and supporting photos or documentation where applicable.
3. WRONG ITEM SHIPPED:
If you receive a product that does not match what was ordered, please contact us in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item at our expense and ship the correct product as soon as possible. If the correct item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
4. SHIPPING DAMAGE:
In accordance with Section 6 of our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier at the shipping point. If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not move the product from the point of examination
- Retain all shipping containers and packing materials
- Notify the carrier’s agent immediately to arrange an inspection and obtain written confirmation
- Send 3PB Solutions a copy of the carrier’s inspection report
- File a damage claim directly with the carrier
Recovery for shipping damage is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping damage does not relieve the buyer of the obligation to pay for the goods.
5. RETURN AUTHORIZATION:
No goods may be returned without prior written authorization from 3PB Solutions. To request a return, contact us at sales@3pbsolutions.com or call (855) 785-5660. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
6. REFUND PROCESSING:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fifteen (15) business days of receiving the returned product and completing our inspection. Refund amounts may be adjusted for any use, service rendered, or damage attributable to the buyer.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products that have been modified, cut, or altered by the buyer
- Products returned without prior written authorization
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In accordance with our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, 3PB Solutions shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.
