Maximum attenuation RF absorber for high speed data applications

KA Series Overview

Our KA Series is a high-frequency RF absorber material engineered for RFI mitigation in the 27.0 to 40.0 GHz range. Composed of iron-loaded silicone, it delivers precise attenuation of millimeter-wave signals where control of stray emissions and dielectric loading is essential.

Designed for the most demanding commercial applications, the KA Series supports next-generation 5G FR2 modules, high-resolution radar, and compact mmWave antennas. It is particularly effective in reducing reflection and coupling in tightly packed electronic assemblies where multiple high-frequency components operate in close proximity.

The KA Series is also used to suppress harmonics, eliminate cavity resonances, and maintain performance in dense RF environments such as wearable sensors, smart infrastructure nodes, and test fixtures for high-frequency validation. Available with optional PSA and customizable thicknesses, it integrates cleanly into high-density designs without compromising system layout or thermal flow.
