The US Series 0.020″ thick RF absorber material is the most popular thickness in the 3PB Solutions US Series line of non-silicone RF absorber materials. Manufactured with a proprietary magnetic-loaded acrylic elastomer, US Series RF absorber materials provide broadband absorption from 0.5 to 3.0 GHz with useful attenuation extending to 18 GHz. The acrylic base contains zero silicone, ensuring no silicone oil migration or contamination risk.

At 0.020″ thick, this is the go-to starting point for most cavity resonance and EMI suppression applications. It provides a strong balance of absorption performance and thin profile for enclosures with limited clearance. A thinner option is available at 0.010″ for extremely tight spaces, and a thicker option at 0.040″ when more attenuation is needed. US Series materials can also be stacked to provide additional attenuation at low frequencies.
