The KA Series 0.037″ thick RF absorber material is an iron-loaded silicone elastomer optimized for the Ka band (27.0 to 40.0 GHz). It is the thinnest elastomer absorber in the 3PB Solutions product line, designed for superior cavity resonance reduction at the highest mmWave frequencies in the sheet absorber range.

The KA Series targets 5G FR2 applications including the n257 band (26.50 to 29.50 GHz), n260 band (37.00 to 40.00 GHz), and n261 band (27.50 to 28.35 GHz), as well as Ka-band satellite communications and precision mmWave test equipment. For lower frequencies, see the KB Series (18.0 to 27.0 GHz). For applications requiring a non-silicone alternative, consider the US Series acrylic elastomer.
